Perform similar to other dr isla breast pumps. Not sure about the flange size, but found it a bit snug and difficult to fit standard flanges that fit 24mm.
Great, perfect suction, good quality, but I was upset because I accidentally got the blue one without realizing it, and they didn't want to exchange it for me before shipping; they only allowed me to cancel the order.
