Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been carefully prepared and dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During high-demand periods or sale events, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated.

Estimated total delivery time: approximately 2–4 weeks from the date you place your order (processing + transit).

Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or peak seasonal volume. We appreciate your patience — every Baby Penguin order is on its way to you with care.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

You may also notice tracking updates pause during the transit phase — this is completely normal and does not mean your package is lost. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ days, please reach out and we'll be glad to look into it for you.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no surprise shipping fees.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

In some cases, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your local authorities. These charges, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential fees.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Baby Penguin is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team at babypenguinltd@gmail.com— we're here to help make it right. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
