You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

In its original packaging, with any tags attached.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as opened feeding accessories, pacifiers, or other intimate/personal-care baby products) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
Please do not send any item back before contacting us. To begin a return:

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the correct return address.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (you received a wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return cost.

For all other returns (e.g. change of mind), return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
