Before Your Order Ships
You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email us at babypenguinltd@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order is still being processed, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.
After Your Order Ships
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. At that point, our Return Policy and Refund Policy apply instead.
Cancellations by Baby Penguin
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
