Refund Policy

When Refunds Are Issued

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we may issue a refund or replacement without requiring a return, at our discretion.

Refund Timeframe

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Items returned without prior approval.

  • Items not in their original, unused condition (unless faulty).

  • Opened hygiene/personal-care items, unless damaged or defective on arrival.

  • Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

Late or Missing Refunds
